We are excited to offer a menu that rejuvenates our guests for their day in the mountains. The Cucina menu is highlighted by fresh-squeezed juices and smoothies to give you all the nutrients you need for a day full of activity. Our selections are grounded with traditional AM favorites including omelets made to order from the action station made with locally-sourced cage-free eggs or hot-off-the-press Belgian waffles with an abundance of toppings to choose from. For those guests seeking healthier options the buffet offers an assortment of fruits, berries, house-made granola and yogurts. Staying true to alpine cuisine don’t forget to pass through our charcuterie and cheese station for a more savory start to your day. Or, if the mountains are calling and you are on the run to your next adventure, pop in for a latte and something quick from our barista station.

Whether you choose to sip a mimosa or munch on some house-made granola topped with Colorado bee pollen, after dining at the Cucina you will feel ready for your day with healthy and locally sourced ingredients. The Cucina is proud to offer service and cuisine inspired by our diverse alpine environment and the eclectic group of adventurous spirits who choose to call it home.

Pool One Bar & Grill

During the winter months, enjoy our heated pool and hot tubs all season long while you breathe in the cool and crisp mountain air. Our In-Room dining menu will be available from 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. every day beginning November 15th through April 19th with bountiful selections crafted by our Executive Chef Rudy Williams. If you are looking to sip on a carefully crafted cocktail or just want a nice glass of wine, no problem. It’s as easy as calling our In-Room dining department at 970-754-7820 or extension X7820 from any hotel phone.

Après Ski Bar and Restaurant


Back this season and here to stay, join us at Cucina restaurant and fire pit for all your après-ski needs. With a cunningly crafted menu designed to be approachable yet refined, you will be pleasantly delighted. Sure to warm you up on a cold day, one of our favorites this season is our Maple Old Fashioned that is made with local 10th Mountain Bourbon, house smoked bitters, maple syrup, orange and a Luxardo cherry. It’s the perfect cocktail to sip while enjoying our outdoor fire pit.

Not only did we dial up our cocktail menu this winter but we added a little southern flare to our après food menu. Serving regional comfort food, a house favorite is our Who Dat Shrimp ‘N’ Grits that is made with a Baton Rouge style grit cake utilizing local cheeses and is topped with Cajun blackened shrimp and served in a tasso ham butter sauce. We may be in the mountains but our culinary team comes from all corners of the country bringing with them different styles of cooking and different flavors. Another fantastic shareable item is our house made flatbreads. Made completely from scratch, The Pig & The Farm flatbread is topped with a beautiful pomodoro sauce, burrata cheese, fresh sliced prosciutto, tasso ham and zucchini ribbons.

Of course you cannot forget about our complimentary s’mores offered daily from 3PM – 5PM at the Cucina firepit. We really do have something for everyone in the family.
