Our selections are grounded with traditional AM favorites including omelets made to order from the action station made with locally-sourced cage-free eggs or hot-off-the-press Belgian waffles with an abundance of toppings to choose from. For those guests seeking healthier options the buffet offers an assortment of fruits, berries, housemade granola and yogurts. Staying true to alpine cuisine don’t forget to pass through our charcuterie and cheese station for a more savory start to your day. Or, if the mountains are calling and you are on the run to your next adventure, pop in for a latte and something quick from our barista station.
